Visiting Instructor - Karina Hawkridge from Interdressage, POSTPONED

Interdressage was launched in 2007 and has become a great success with riders both in the UK and abroad.      

Karina will be at the Etherow Centre giving lessons to KRC members, whether they fancy themselves as a bit of a dressage diva or simply want to get some tips and advice on how to improve their flatwork. Contact - Donna Charlesworth 07795 328085 or by email to book a lesson. Please note places are limited and lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. £20 for 45 minute private lesson, £12 per person 2 sharing 45 minute lesson.

Pilates for Riders

Pilates is widely considered to be beneficial to riders by helping improve core strength, posture and balance, to name but a few. This applies equally to serious competitors and those who just want to have fun. KRC has arranged Pilates for Riders classes at The Studio in Glossop. Classes are on Tuesday from 8.30 - 9.30pm. Places are limited and the total cost of the course is payable in advance. For further information please contact Carol Gray by email.

Free Faecal Egg Count for KRC Members

KRC has entered into a partnership agreement with Intelligent Worming which entitles all members to a free faecal egg count. Details on how to obtain this will be emailed to members soon. If you would like to find out more about IW please click here.
